Vehicle Safety Certification Center ( VSCC ) is a non-profit organization under the supervision of the Ministry of Transportation And Communications (MOTC). The purpose of founding of VSCC is to research vehicle safety regulation and administration system, to assist MOTC by providing services related to vehicle safety certification, and to enhance the vehicle safety in Taiwan.
